


So, I saw one of these the other day, and had to try it. This effect was applied in Photoshop CS, and mimics the effect of a 'tilt/shift' lens, applying a very narrow band of focus. This makes the scenery seem tiny... our eyes are so adapted to photographs that we read shallow depth-of-field as "small". Curious...
